Description

The UNI-T UTD2102CL+ Digital Oscilloscope is a two-channel digital storage oscilloscope designed for electronics development, troubleshooting, maintenance, education, and laboratory measurement. With 100MHz analog bandwidth, a 500MSa/s real-time sampling rate, and up to 64kpts memory depth, it provides the measurement capability required for analyzing a wide range of analog and digital waveforms. 

The UTD2102CL+ provides two independent analog input channels, allowing users to observe and compare two signals simultaneously. This is useful when checking the relationship between input and output signals, monitoring clock and data lines, analyzing power-supply behavior, or comparing signals at different stages of an electronic circuit. The oscilloscope has a maximum bandwidth of 100MHz and a typical rise time of ≤3.5ns, providing suitable performance for many embedded, analog, power-electronics, and general-purpose electronics applications.

Its 500MSa/s real-time sampling rate and 5,000 waveforms/second capture rate allow the instrument to acquire and display waveforms efficiently during troubleshooting. The memory depth is 64kpts for single-channel operation and 32kpts when both channels are used, according to the detailed specifications. The horizontal time base can be adjusted from 2ns/div to 50s/div, covering both fast transient events and slowly changing signals.

The vertical system provides a sensitivity range of 1mV/div to 20V/div, giving users flexibility when examining low-level signals as well as larger voltage waveforms. Input coupling can be configured for AC, DC, or GND, while the input impedance is approximately 1MΩ in parallel with 18pF. The oscilloscope also includes a selectable 20MHz bandwidth limit, which can help reduce unwanted high-frequency noise when analyzing lower-frequency signals.

For waveform analysis, the UTD2102CL+ supports multiple trigger modes, including edge, pulse width, slope, alternate, and video triggering. Automatic measurements provide a broad set of waveform parameters, while mathematical functions support operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and FFT. The instrument can display up to five automatic measurements simultaneously and includes a 6-digit frequency counter.

A 7-inch TFT LCD with 800 × 480 resolution provides a large viewing area for waveform comparison and measurement. The oscilloscope also supports USB Host, USB Device, external trigger, and Pass/Fail interfaces/functions, making it suitable for data transfer, documentation, and basic automated testing workflows. The compact bench-top design measures approximately 306 × 138 × 124mm and weighs about 2.5kg.

The UTD2102CL+ is supplied with two UT-P04 passive probes, which are switchable between 1X and 10X attenuation and rated for 100MHz applications, along with the required power and USB cables.
