The FNIRSI LCR-ST2 Plus is a precision handheld LCR/ESR meter built for fast, accurate component testing on both surface-mount and through-hole electronics. As the enhanced version of the standard LCR-ST2, it keeps every core function of the original tweezer-style meter while adding a professional 4-wire Kelvin clip, extending its usefulness beyond small SMD parts to larger or leaded components that don't fit comfortably between tweezer tips.

At the heart of the device is a true 2-in-1 measurement system: gold-plated straight and angled tweezer tips handle quick, one-handed testing of resistors, capacitors, and inductors directly on a populated board, while the included Kelvin clip provides four-wire measurement for components too large or too awkwardly placed for tweezer probing.
