The FNIRSI BTM-24 Car Battery Tester is a multifunctional diagnostic instrument designed to evaluate automotive battery condition and check vehicle starting and charging systems. Supporting both 12V and 24V battery systems, it provides essential measurements for automotive workshops, battery service centers, vehicle maintenance technicians, and electrical troubleshooting applications.

The BTM-24 measures battery voltage, internal resistance, Cold Cranking Amps (CCA), State of Health (SoH), and State of Charge (SoC). Its selectable CCA testing range extends from 0 to 2000 CCA, allowing technicians to compare measured battery performance against the rated value specified by the battery manufacturer. The tester supports several common battery technologies, including flooded lead-acid, AGM, GEL, and EFB batteries.

To accommodate different battery rating systems, the instrument supports six international standards: CCA, IEC, EN, DIN, JIS, and GB. Selecting the appropriate standard helps ensure that the test results are evaluated using the rating system marked on the battery.

Beyond battery condition testing, the BTM-24 provides dedicated startup, load, and charging system tests. The cranking test monitors voltage during engine startup to help identify batteries that may struggle under starting loads. Charging and load tests monitor voltage behavior while the engine is running, helping technicians investigate possible alternator, regulator, or wiring issues.

The tester features a 2.4-inch color screen with selectable day and night display modes. Its interface presents measurement results and battery condition indicators, making diagnostic readings easier to interpret. It also supports both in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle testing, so the battery can be checked without removing it from the vehicle when the testing conditions permit.

For additional safety, the BTM-24 incorporates reverse-polarity alerts and overvoltage protection. Its compact handheld design, insulated battery clamps, and included storage bag make it suitable for workshop use and mobile vehicle diagnostics.
